Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our growing OB/GYN office. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first or last point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and verify insurance information
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of Epic EMR
- Knowledge of insurance and billing
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
